After construction began on this 52,000-square-foot simulation center, a project requirement was added to integrate equipment and systems originally planned for after construction. To fast track the schedule, Walsh Logistics integrated concurrent medical equipment planning, procurement and purchasing; furniture, furnishings and equipment coordination services; integrated schedule management; installation; testing and training; and activation services.
