The first floor of the building serves as the residential lobby with retail spaces, a parking garage, loading dock, trash, mechanical, and tenant storage rooms. The finishes in the condominiums include hardwood floors in living rooms and kitchens, carpeting in bedrooms, granite kitchen countertops, limestone and ceramic flooring in the bathrooms, glass shower doors, as well as limestone and cultured marble vanity tops. Ceilings are “loft” style with exposed painted concrete and exposed painted pipes.
