This design-build project spans a 20-acre development and includes conference space, a luxury hotel and surface parking. The hotel is a four-star Westin facility with 412 rooms, an indoor swimming pool, workout facilities, a gift shop, three junior ballrooms, a grand ballroom, a restaurant and a signature steakhouse restaurant. An unusual feature of the hotel is a kosher banquet kitchen. The 390,000-square-foot hotel is constructed using architectural precast concrete panels on the first level. The 16-story tower offers private terraces for several suites. In addition to 412 rooms, a convention center contains 50,000 square feet of conference, ballroom, prefunction and breakout space.
