This design-build/adaptive reuse converts an existing 23-story 1920s-era art deco skyscraper into a stylish hotel. The interior of the building was completely gutted, including all MEPFP, elevators and windows. A structural deck was added above the roof to create an outdoor bar and an enclosed exterior staircase. The hotel includes 257 guest rooms, an upscale restaurant and a 10,000-square-foot rooftop deck on the 24th floor.
