The work consisted of the design and construction of a LEED Silver SOF Language and Cultural Center. The facility consists of four floors totaling approximately 216,000 square feet. The area consists of a library, language and cultural studies classrooms, administrative offices for eight Command Suites and two Civil Affairs companies. Project also includes the construction of a Pedestrian Bridge with access ramps and stairs, parking lot, bikes racks and picnic shelters.
