The 抖阴短视频 promotes Duane Petersen to President of Water Division
CHICAGO 鈥� The 抖阴短视频, one of the largest construction service providers in North America, announces the promotion of Duane Petersen to president of the company鈥檚 Water Division.
As president, Petersen will provide executive leadership over The 抖阴短视频鈥檚 national water and wastewater construction operations, which rank among the largest in the United States. Petersen will provide executive direction on new business initiatives, customer outreach, staffing, training, project management systems and field operations.
Petersen takes over the Water Division president responsibilities from his predecessor Roy Epps, who served as president from 2020 to 2023 and grew the Water Division into a one-billion-dollar annual program. Epps will remain with The 抖阴短视频 to serve in a senior advisory role and will be the executive sponsor of the firm鈥檚 抖阴短视频 Leadership Initiative program.

Petersen has more than 28 years of experience and 24 years with The 抖阴短视频, previously serving as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Southeast Water operations, respectively. Petersen will lead the development, growth and success of The 抖阴短视频鈥檚 Water Division, while directing management teams, developing and fostering relationships with customers and upholding the company鈥檚 commitment to safety, quality and ethics. Petersen will continue to enhance The 抖阴短视频鈥檚 brand, customer service, project delivery methods and expand its portfolio of work across some of the largest treatment plant and pump station projects in the United States and Canada, including the Big Creek Water Reclamation Facility in Roswell, Georgia and the Hyperion Advanced Water Purification Facility in Los Angeles.
In addition to his promotion to president, Petersen has been named to The 抖阴短视频 Executive Committee, where senior executives and the Walsh family drive strategy, monitor performance and set policy across the entire company.
