The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ is excited to join the construction industry in celebrating Women in Construction Week (March 7-11). The engaging week that will celebrate women in the workforce and their contributions to our industry. This week is a terrific platform to raise awareness of opportunities available to women in construction and emphasize the important influence and contributions of women in all levels of construction.

Across The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ's jobsites and offices, a central theme accompanies the Women in Construction Week celebration: Want It. Do It. Be It. This theme represents the achievements of the women in our workforce; reflecting on of the pursuit, drive, and dedication to excellence, while also inspiring others to pursue and achieve long-term success in the construction industry and beyond.

Throughout this celebration, we will be hearing from employees as they reflect on their career, the importance of Women in Construction Week, and their outlook on the construction industry. We invite you to watch the below messages from the following ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ employees and continue to explore The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ’s social media channels for additional features.
