Archer Western to build 16-story residential tower in Flower Mound, Texas
Dallas, TX - Archer Western Construction will build 3111 Sunset Boulevard, a 16-story residential tower in the Lakeside Village resort community in Flower Mound, Texas.
The project will consist of 209 units inclusive of one through three bedroom tower residences, penthouse units, townhomes, as well as 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a five-level parking garage. Units in the building will average 1,485 square feet.
Realty Capital Residential and Creek Lane Capital provided equity for the project, which is expected to be complete in early 2025.
