Archer Western tops out HTA's Medical Office Building in Dallas
Dallas, TX - Archer Western has topped out Healthcare Trust of America’s new medical office building in Dallas, Texas. Construction team members left a lasting mark on the building by signing the last steel beam, signifying the impact of their work on the project. The final piece of galvanized steel was lifted over 80 feet and placed atop the pavilion’s roof.
The project, which is located off the North Central Expressway, adds a Medical Office Building and expanded parking garage to the existing Medical Campus. The new 114,000-square-foot four-story building is paired with an existing six-story parking garage that is being expanded to include two additional levels.
