The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ to build new 45-story condo tower near Seattle's Pike Place Market

SEATTLE – The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ is continuing to increase its vertical building portfolio in Seattle with the upcoming construction of a new condominium tower near the city’s famed Pike Place Market. The 45-story structure will be developed by Pinnacle Plus, designed by Hewit and comprised of a 484-foot main tower inset with a smaller structure.

The project will deliver 524 residences, and the buildings are designed to represent a mother holding the hand of her child – dubbed Mama tower and Baby tower, respectively. The two buildings are separated by an elegant rectangular setback between the two towers, an inspired feature to match its inimitable name.

Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2020.
