The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Opens New Southern California Office
The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ has announced the opening of a new regional office in Corona, California. The office will support the approximately 150 employees working in the area, and is in close proximity to the firm's current projects in the region.
The office is located at , Suite 201, and it becomes one the company's 18 offices strategically located across various metropolitan markets in the United States and Canada.
"This office is a major investment and signals The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ's intent to be a major player in Southern California for the foreseeable future," said vice president Darrell Waters.
The region has an active construction market, and the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority are making significant investments to improve infrastructure. The "Twenty-Eight by 28" initiative plans to expedite the development of 28 transportation projects in preparation for the 2028 Olympics, including the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, where Walsh is serving as the lead member of the joint venture building the 8.5-mile light rail project.
The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ is a 120-year-old family-owned company providing design, build, finance, operation and activation services. The ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ operates as Walsh Construction, Archer Western and Walsh Canada across 18 regional offices, and is listed as the 11th largest U.S. contractor per Engineering News-Record.
