Craft Leadership

Craft Leadership is a craft-driven program that ensures all craft professionals have a voice when it comes to the success of their projects. The 2020 MMWII Award submittals showcased Craft Leadership as a critical best practice to further provide a safe working environment for all team members.

On many ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ projects, project teams are challenging craft professionals to get involved, speak up, take the lead, and inspire the next generation of builders. In 2021, we kicked-off the New Year celebrating the success of Craft Leadership, recognizing the value it brings to our organization, and establishing the expectation that all projects are to begin developing Craft Leadership plans and selecting their Craft Leaders.
